Emotional Overeating Over the Holidays: How can EFT help?

The Holidays will soon be upon us. A time to share, feel connected, and at peace. However, for some, it’s a time of vulnerability, isolation, high stress, and feeling misunderstood.

Sometimes, the only place to turn is to the comfort of food. For others, it’s a time to ‘break out’ and over indulge. Either way, the end result can be low self-esteem and high self-blame.

Annabel interviews emotional overeating expert, Bernadette Hunter. They’ll be discussing how to use EFT ahead of the holiday season; the importance of routine and what to do when it’s not there; how to set boundaries regarding food, and taking care of your needs.
